Still don’t see it? Check “Promotions,” “Spam” or “Junk” folders in your email client.

CLICK the link in the email.

ENTER a password of your choice in the form that appears.

Q: Help! I can't log in.

Make sure to ENTER the RIGHT EMAIL ID – the one you signed up with!
When you go to log in, you must ENTER the email address associated with your Account.
(This is the email you signed up with, or subsequently updated to.)

Our system recognizes your unique email id to grant your access.
If you mistakenly enter the wrong email address, you can’t log in.

Q: I'm not receiving program emails. What can I do?

CHECK the email inbox associated with your Account.
Like many of us, you likely have more than one email address.
Our system sends your messages to the email you signed up with, so look there!

CHECK hidden email folders.
Look in Spam, Promotions or Junk folders in your email. We hate to admit it, but if your precious messages aren’t making it to your main, primary inbox, they’re languishing out of sight somewhere they don’t belong…

Q: The site isn't loading dependably. What can I do?

Try taking these steps to clear potential obstacles preventing the reliable loading of this site:
1. CLOSE the browser, reopen, and reload the page.
2. KEY IN Ctrl-F5 to reload page, bypassing local cache.
3. CLEAR cookies associated with the domain. RELOAD.
4. USE another browser.
5. DISABLE add-ons and scripts that may be running in the background.
6. CONFIRM site isn’t blocked by security software, firewall, hosts file, or adblocker.
7. RESET internet connection and router.
8. RESTART computer.

Tried these steps and still can’t load?

You can also try loading other sites to confirm the problem isn’t general, unrelated to this site.
If it is, you might call your internet company to report the problems and ask for their help.

Q: I can't access all my content. What's happening?

Vital Revival Institute programs are designed to give you a great experience AND a transformative outcome.
To support your focus and prevent overwhelm, your program content may be released based on COMPLETION of certain objectives, based on TIME, or a combination of both.

COMPLETION-Based Content Release:
(For example, once you complete Lesson One, you gain access to Lesson Two.)

Completion is attained when ALL objectives have been met and boxes ticked/checked off.
Some objective boxes are automatically checked off by our system, such as when you pass a quiz or watch a video.
Other objectives require that you check the box yourself to confirm you’ve completed the associated activity.

After you’ve completed and checked off all objectives in a lesson,
REFRESH the page to update objective completion status.
When the page reloads, a check mark should appear next to each completed objective.
When all lesson objectives are completed, REFRESH the page and your browser to update your account status and gain access to your next lesson.

TIME-Based Content Release:
(For example, week by week, or stage by stage.)
You’ll notice menu items appearing each week, or at the start of each stage of your program.

Q: My 'Account' page isn't showing my information. Is something wrong?

If you’ve just updated your unique email id or reset your password, our system needs to re-sync.
Please ALLOW a few minutes to pass, then,
RELOAD the page, and your updated information should appear correctly.

Q: How does Vital Revival Institute protect my personal data?

To better protect your security, our system does not generate or save your password.
Instead, you maintain full control of creating, self-storing (if you choose) and/or resetting your login password
for access to your programs and content at Vital Revival Institute.

None of our staff or email service providers can see your password, at any time.
Once created and each time you change or reset it, your password is automatically encrypted by WordPress, and is never shared with us.

Q: How can I enhance my password security?
When you create or reset your password, consider these tips to maximize security:
• Don’t use a password you’ve used here before, or anywhere else.
• Use at least 8 characters, ideally a combination of letters and numbers.
• Don’t use words from the dictionary, names of places or people you know, phone numbers or other personal information.
